Hey this is Dr. Noel Lloyd for Five Star Management and I’m speaking specifically to Five Star Management clients and our friends who follow us and get our emails and would be looking at this video.

I want to tell you about the live training that’s coming up on retention that we’ll be doing in Chicago and Seattle over the next couple months. Now this is our agenda and we’ve just put it together.

Number one, we’re going to talk about philosophy. Philosophy that motivates and inspires, chiropractic never looks better than when it’s illustrated in our philosophy and in the lives of our patients.

Number two, the best retention tool ever. This retention tool is in more chiropractic offices and used by more doctors on a day-to-day bases than any other chart that you’ve ever seen. We’re going to show you how to use it and help your retention.

Number three, patient retention. We’re going to go through easy to teach, easy to learn, easy for the patients to absorb retention on why they need to stay in chiropractic care.

Number four we’re going to find your personal patient dropout spot. Every practice is a little bit different, but we’re going to find out specifically where your new patients drop away and how to plug those holes.

Number five, objection-handling workshop. One of the most important things you can do to increase your retention is to understand how to handle objections and we’ll take you through that workshop.

Number six, a simple user-friendly wellness program that you can get people signed up to be lifelong patients.

Number seven, we’re going to do a special new patient piece because it’s always good to get new patients to hold onto for retention.

Here’s what Phyllis Frase is going to cover with our CAs: re-calls and re-activations, block booking, handling financial plans, handling objections at the front desk, and inspiring chiropractic philosophy.
